This youth wellness resource was created for our community by South Bay Families Connected (SBFC) and we are proud to be counted among SBFC’s 115 South Bay Partner Schools. The resources, videos and educational material provided on this website page are designed to support Fusion parents, caregivers, teachers and staff as we work together in our shared mission of helping each student flourish – emotionally, socially, and academically – through positive, mentoring relationships and a personalized education experience.
