Families Connected is 115 Schools Strong!
The Families Connected project provides each Partner District or School with its own unique Families Connected wellness logo and webpage that they may use to connect their parent community with the social-emotional wellness (SEW) resources they personally provide to their students, as well as to the broader youth wellness resources available on the Families Connected website. Partner Districts and Schools typically add their unique Families Connected logo to their main website with a link so families can easily find their student wellness philosophy and offerings, as well as the online Families Connected resource pages and videos that they choose to feature.
